My Approach

My work is about having an honest conversation with you to get to the heart of what's really going on without judgement, and to help you find your way forward. My aim is for you to leave our sessions with more insight, clarity, self-compassion and concrete steps forward. My coaching style blends neuroscience, ACT (a CBT-cousin), psychology and human-centred coaching. I help you to understand what’s really going on both at a cognitive level and an experiential level so you can make real-world changes to live your life more fully.
